Holland Mining Corporation started its operations as a mine development company in 2014. HMC partnered in Springfield Mining & Exploration Company Ltd to jointly, with other strategic partners within Springfield, research mining potentials, build up local mining capabilities and commercialize mined products. Our core focus is the development of the untapped mineral potential in West Africa and in particular, Nigeria. Initial products focuses are the minerals Lead, Zinc Copper, Tantalite and Gold.

Our business.
HMC partnered in 2014 with two local entrepreneurs to secure the mining rights of an area rich in Tantalite deposits in Nigeria. In the course of 2014 the mining potential was further confirmed and the first serious exploration started. Quality control methodology and equipment where developed enabling us to measure and control quality throughout the proposed value chain from exploration to export. Local and International personnel was put in place mid 2014.

Our investors.
HMC desires to fund it’s own operations. Our key investors are Dutch entrepreneurs who believed in the Nigerian mining potential and made funding available to explore the development and commercialization of mines. Selective we will be looking for more outside funding to accelerate mine exploration and production pipeline development. An Information Memorandum can be sent at request.
